These pillow have been an obsession of mine and handmade by a family friend Kate Fishman, a mental health counselor and former OT.  Kate introduced the health benefits of using weighted pillows in her practice to help reduce anxiety and improve sleep in both children and adults.
Calming for the Belly and the Soul.  Just add heat...it is the next best thing to a hug.
Instructions: 
Gently warm by microwaving in 20 second increments.
